Respect and inclusion

Effective Date: July 14, 2026

Every guest enquiry is handled with basic dignity, fairness, and respect.

Our three-property stay website is open to guests who want a comfortable and respectful place to stay in Jaipur. Enquiries are considered based on practical booking details such as dates, guest count, property capacity, house rules, and suitability for the stay. Personal background, language, region, religion, gender, caste, disability, or family structure should never be used to treat guests unfairly.

We expect the same respectful behaviour from guests during their stay. The properties are located in real neighbourhoods, and responsible conduct matters. Guests should respect neighbours, building staff, local norms, and the home itself. Loud disturbance, property damage, harassment, or unsafe behaviour is not acceptable.

Clear communication helps prevent misunderstandings. Guests are encouraged to share accurate information about the number of people staying, expected arrival time, parking needs, and any accessibility or comfort needs. When we understand the stay properly, we can recommend the best property and set expectations honestly.

If a guest feels uncomfortable about how an enquiry or stay-related issue is handled, they should contact us directly with details. We will review the concern, check the relevant communication, and respond as fairly as possible. The purpose is to keep the booking process transparent and the stay environment welcoming.

The website is built around a small, personal collection of homes, so trust matters. Respectful treatment of guests, caretakers, neighbours, and the properties is part of how the stays are operated. A good stay should feel straightforward, safe, and considerate from the first enquiry to checkout.
