Accessibility support
Effective Date: July 14, 2026
Use this page to understand how to ask about mobility, comfort, and access needs before booking.
Because these are individual homes rather than a hotel building, accessibility features can vary from property to property. Guests who need step-free entry, nearby parking, wider movement areas, specific bathroom access, lower beds, or quieter rooms should contact us before booking. We can then check the relevant property details and explain what is realistically available.
The listing pages describe the broad layout, guest capacity, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen access, air conditioning, parking, and common spaces. These details help many guests decide whether a property might work for their group. For accessibility questions, however, direct confirmation is always better because measurements and movement needs can be very personal.
When sending an enquiry, please include the dates, number of guests, and the specific support required. For example, mention whether someone has difficulty climbing stairs, needs a bedroom close to a bathroom, requires parking near the entrance, or prefers fewer transitions between rooms. The more precise the request, the more useful our response can be.
We will not promise a feature unless we believe the property can actually support it. If a home does not match a guest's needs, we would rather say that clearly than create a difficult stay. Where possible, we can suggest which of the three properties is better suited for the group's comfort and movement needs.
Accessibility support is part of respectful hosting and direct communication. Guests should feel comfortable asking practical questions before they commit. Our aim is to give clear information, reduce surprises, and help every group choose the Jaipur stay that fits them best.
